The waiter approaches the table and asks to take their order.
The lady begins ordering practically everything on the menu, shrimp cocktail, pate, Caesar Salad, lobster, crepes Suzette, with no regard to the price.
The guy is getting very upset,as he never thought she would order so much.
She then stops, and looks across at him, and asks,"What do you suggest I wash it down with?"
"Well my dear, I can think of nothing so fitting as the Mississippi River"

Inside, he noticed a harmless old hound dog asleep on the floor beside the cash register.
"Is that the dog folks are supposed to beware of?" he asked the owner.
"Yep, that's him," came the reply.
The stranger couldn't help but be amused.
"That certainly doesn't look like a dangerous dog to me. Why in the world would you post thatsign?"
"Because," the owner explained, "Before I posted that sign, people kept tripping over him!"

Two nuns were shopping and happened to be passing the beer store.
One asks the other if she would like a beer.
The other nun answered that would be good, but that she would be queasy about purchasingit.
The first nun said that she would handle it and picked up a six pack and took it to the cashier.
The cashier had a surprised look and the first nun said, "The beer is used for washing ourhair."
The cashier, without blinking an eye, reached under the counter and put a package of pretzelsin the bag with the beer, saying. . .
"Here, don't forget the curlers."
