Once a man wanted to go to the south, but his carriage was heading north. A passer-by asked him: "If you are going to south, why is your chariot heading north?" The man answered, "My horse is good at running, my driver is highly skilled at driving a carriage, and I have enough money." The man didn’t consider that the direction might be wrong; the better his conditions were, the further he was away from his destination.
從前有個人要到南方去,他坐的車子卻向北方行駛。一位路人問他:“你去南方,為什麼車子向北行駛?”他回答:“我的馬跑得快,我的車伕駕駛技術很好,我帶了足夠的盤纏。”這個人沒有考慮到,方向弄反了,他的條件越好,離他要取得地方就越遠。
點睛:無論做什麼事,都要首先看準方向,才能充分發揮自己的有利條件;如果方向錯了,那麼有利條件只會起到相反的作用。
