　　更含蓄的說法：

　　I need to powder my nose.

　　3. I need to answer the call of nature.

　　一種更為文雅的說法稱內急為“the call of nature”，那麼上廁所就成了“to answer the call of nature.”。

　　I need to make a pit stop

　　pit stop 是指在賽車過程中，賽車在途中緊急停留加油、維修的地方。看來，她們肯定將解決問題看作是一種“緊急維修”了。

　　原意是“挖到金礦發大財了”，現在引申為“突然發大財”。

　　例句-3： He bought a lottery ticket last week and struck it rich-- he won ten million dollars!

　　他上星期買了張彩票並且中獎得了一千萬美元，轉眼成了大富翁。

　　Strike it rich不一定用來說發財，有時也可以指和錢財無關的幸運。例如取得重大科研成果。
