綜合看來，最高頻考點有以下四類：
1.動詞。考查最多的還是孩子頭疼的動詞，在總共78題中佔了19道，主要考查了近義動詞和片語的用法辨析、固定搭配用法和情態動詞，比如play+樂器的搭配，like doing表興趣愛好的用法。
2.情景對話也有16道題之多，主要涉及、天氣、國籍、詢問職業、問路、詢問日期等課本中學習過的常用知識點，要求學生對習慣表達和一些常用固定說法較為熟練，而且善於適應語境的變化。
3.時態。時態題集中考查了現在進行時，11語法題中就佔據了9道，難點題多是時態搭配其他語法點進行綜合考查，比如現在進行時和there be句型的混搭。難點題要求學生時態嗅覺要靈敏，善於發現時態標誌詞，部分題需要通過語境體會時態。
4.形容詞和副詞。比較級和最高階仍是最熱考點，特別是用比較級表示最高階的特殊用法。要求學生靈活掌握比較級和最高階的變式，善於舉一反三。以上四個語法點是本次考查的最高頻考點，同時也集中了難點和易錯點。通過這些考查，基本檢驗了學生們的基本功和學習方法的效率。比如近義動詞和片語的辨析就是對學習方法的“大閱兵”，如果學生在平時的學習養成了較好的舉一反三的意識，不只孤立地學單個語法點，那麼在答這類題的時候會遊刃有餘。反之，則容易混淆，越理解越亂，陷入怪圈。
