The definition of “Healthy Life Style” include a positive living attitude towards life, eating a balanced diet, exercises regularly, which is three to five times a week with at least thirty to forty-five minutes per session. Regular social interactions and regular physical check-up. I would like to add on enrichment personal knowledge in the list.
All of us are very busy every day. Students are facing a piling up of home works and assignments. Blue collars and white collars rush to working places and offices. Traffic jammed, unsolved problems, frustrations, new challenges. Stress became the first thing in the morning. We have forgotten our own needs as human being, until the alarm of our biologic clocks been trigger off. We finally realize that we should have done a little more for ourselves earlier. Because we have ignored what our body tells us, so we paid a higher price.
:Good habits
Good habits are good for the health.Every morning we'd better get up early and do morning exercises before having breakfast.Taking a walk after supper is also important.It is not good to watch TV too long and go to bed too late.So try to have more sports in our spare time instead of staying at home.Eating too much at meal is bad for our health,too.We shouldn't eat junk food.We should eat enough fruit and vegetalbes.
It's very important to keep healthy.I think we should have healthy diet every day and eat proper food.We shouldn't eat junk food because it is bad for our health.Drink water and milk as often as possible.Milk is a great drink that can give us more calcium that make our bones much stronger.Don't eat too much because it will make you uncomfortable and fat.Don't spend too much time watching TV,DVDs and Videos or using computers.It's good to take more exercise such as basketball,bike riding ,swimming and so on.Follow these and you can be healthy.
:How to keep fit
Keepingfit is the dream of everyone. Nowadays, with the improvement of living standardand the stress in their life and work, more and more people are in the state ofunhealthy. So, it arouses the problem. How to keep fit? I believe differentpeople have different methods. For me, I think there are two aspects that weneed to pay attention to.
保持健康是每個人的夢想。如今,隨著生活水平的提高以及生活工作中的壓力,越來越多的人處於不健康的狀態。所以,出現了這樣的問題。如何保持健康?我知道每個人會有每個人的方法。對我來說,有兩點是我們需要注意的。
Firstof all, exercise is the most important. Anyone wants to have a healthy bodyshould do exercise often. Through exercise, people can strengthen their body,keeping illness from them. Having a healthy body, they can have enough power towork, to face the difficulties in their life. Otherwise, if they are in badhealth, they always have no power to do useful things. So, doing exercisefrequently is helpful.
首先,運動是最重要的。不管是誰想要擁有一個健康的身體都應該經常鍛鍊。通過鍛鍊他們可以使身體強壯,遠離疾病。否則,如果身體不好的話,就會沒力氣去做一些有用的事情。所以,常常運動是很有用的。
Secondly,keeping a balanced diet is also necessary. As people’s life is getting betterand better, they have more choices for food. They begin to dietary bias, whichmakes the nutrition in their body in out-off-balance. So they start to have avariety of illness, such as, fat, diabetes mellitus, angiocardiopathy and soon. Thus, it is necessary for people to eat healthy food to keep nutritionbalance, such as, milk, fruit, vegetables and suitable meat.
第二,均衡飲食也是很有必要的。由於人們的生活越來越好了,所以對於食物他們有更多的選擇。他們就開始偏食,這樣的話會讓他們營養不良。各種各樣的疾病就會隨之而來,比如:肥胖,糖尿病,心血管病等。因此,吃健康的食物來保持營養均衡是很有必要的,比如,牛奶,水果,蔬菜以及適當的肉類。

What is the most important thing in the world? I think it is health.
You can take away our money, house, car, or even our clothes and we can survive. But if our health was taken away, we would surely die. That is why we always try to eat in a healthy way and exercise regularly.In order to eat healthily, I usually avoid eating food high in fat, like French fries or cookies. I also eat little meat. I eat a lot of vegetables and fresh fruit which are full of vitamins.Taking exercise every day helps us build a strong body. Regular exercise is an important part of keeping me healthy.
What's more, I think friends are an important part of one's health. Many studies show that people with a wide range of social contacts get sick less than those who don't. I always feel better when I am with friends than when I am alone. When I am with my friends, I always laugh. Laughing is also an important part of health. I like to laugh with my friends.
By eating properly and exercising regularly, I can keep my body at a proper weight and keep healthy. By spending time with my friends, I can keep my mind as well as my body happy. these things sound easy to do, but not many people can manage them. I think a strong will is necessary if we want to keep healthy.
