Each of us should stay healthy, which is the foundation of our activities. Here are some ways to stay healthy.

First, we should spend one to two hours a day in regular exercise; try to walk instead of ride. Second, we should eat some healthy foods such as vegetables, fruits and so on. They are able to help us maintain a healthy body. When we are in trouble, try to relax our mood, listen to the soft music. It also enables us to maintain a good health. Finally there is a good sleep can also assure us a healthy body. We should sleep seven to eight hours a day to maintain adequate sleep. If we can do follow these advice, I believe we can have a healthy body, a better life.
首先,我們應該花一到兩個小時來做定時鍛鍊;儘量步行來代替乘車。第二,我們應該多吃一些健康的食品,如蔬菜,水果等。它們能夠幫助我們保持健康的身體。當我們遇到麻煩時,儘量放鬆心情,聽聽柔和的音樂。這也能讓我們保持良好的健康。最後,良好的睡眠也能保證我們有一個健康的身體。我們應該睡七到八小時來保持充足的睡眠。如果我們能夠遵循這些建議,我相信我們能夠有一個健康的身體,更好的生活。

You are what you eat.That are words of wisdom.If you want to keep healthy,what you eat is quite important.Drink plain milk every day or drink some mixture of water and honey every morning.Eat less rubbish food like chips,barbecues and various kind of snacks which make you fat.
Besides,do more exercises.It’s always desirable for you to play sports games after work or school.Exercises make you more pretty and strong.If you are just too lazy to do exercises outside,you can also do at home or even at your seat.Just try to move your body when you think about being healthy.

First of all, weshould eat more vegetables and fruit every day. They are good for our health.

Thirdly, weshould keep doing exercise every day. We can walk to school instead of taking abus.
Finally, weshould go to bed early and get up early. Make sure we have enough sleep.

There are many people who think that wealth is better than health. I used to think so until one day I read a story about Howard Hughes. He was an American billionaire who got anything he wanted. However, in the last twenty years of his life, his health began to deteriorate and he was miserable. He had the best doctors and nurses. However, he could still find no relief. I realized that health is worth all the money in the world. If you have millions of dollars but your health is poor, you will not be able to do what you want to do. So I would like to say don't hurt yourself trying to make money. Instead take care of your body and be happy with what you do have. Health is more important.

A healthy body is necessary for a healthy mind. As is known, to have a sound mind, we must first have a sound body. This is of vital importance. Only by keeping ourselves healthy and strong can we feel energetic and vigorous in studying and working and live a happy life.
To keep ourselves fit, physical exercise is the best way. In taking part in out-door sports, we are closer to nature and can take in fresh air. The beauty of nature will keep us clear-headed, which is essential to our health. Besides, sports stimulate the circulation of blood and help to excrete the wastes in the body. Sports can also work up our appetite and activate our digestion. As a result, we can become strong-bodied.
I always take an active part in physical exercise and enjoy good health. I seldom get sick but feel vigorous even if I work a whole daylong. I shall keep up doing physical exercise so as to live longer and do more for the country.
運動和健康健康的身體對於健康的頭腦是必要的。眾所周知,要有健全的頭腦,就應有健全的身體。這是至關重要的。我們只有保持身體健康,才能在學習和工作中精力充沛,生活愉快。
