What is the most important thing in the world?I think it is health.
You can take away our money,house and we can survive. But if our health was taken away,we would surely die.
First,we should eat healthily,I usually avoid eating food high in fat and eat little meat. I eat a lot of vegetables and fresh fruit which are full of vitamins.
Then,Taking exercise every day helps us build a strong body. Regular exercise is an important part of keeping me healthy.
Finally,I think friends are an important part to one's health.I feel better when I am with friends .I like to laugh with my friends.
Therefore,by eating properly and exercising regularly,I can keep healthy. By spending time with my friends,I can keep my mind as well as my body happy.
:healthy habits
I think healthy habits are very important for us.
All of us want to be healthy. First, we should get enough sleep during the night. We can go to bed early and get up early. Staying up late is bad for our health. Second, we must have the right kinds of food. We should eat more fruit and vegetables and less meat. We should drink a lot of water. We should have healthy eating habits. Third, we should do more exercise to build up our bodies. Finally, we should wash hands before meals and brush our teeth twice a day. If we don’t feel well, we should go to see the doctor at once.
:Have a healthy lifestyle
As we all know, health is very important. Only when we are healthy can we study w ell and enjoy life.
However, many teenagers don’t pay any attention to their health, especially during the holiday. And they spend too much time watching TV, playing games and chatting on the Internet all night, which is bad for their health. First, this may make them get near-sighted. Besides, their bodies become much weaker. Thirdly, they will lose the chance to communicate with others face to face as they never go out, which may have a bad effect on their mental health.
In my opinion, they should spend less time in front of the TV or the computer. Go out to take some exercise, play some sports and visit some friends and have a healthy lifestyle.

As we all know, health is the very significant and surpreme basis of all the affairs we are doing. For the sake of a healthier body, we should regularly consume abundant fruits and vegetables rich of vitamins. But too much fat and sweet is of no advantages, which bring you higher weight and worse teeth.
To keep fit, good habits are the thing that matters most. You can choose to do regular exercise to burn off extra calories and have a good sleep after a day of stressed work as well. Do remember not to smoke, that`s the major ennemy of your health
