個人簡歷需要突出的能力

    簡歷是求職者走向另一個環境的通行證,能否很順利的通過,就要看這張通行證是否合格了。其中簡歷中突出自己的能力很重要,寫簡歷的時候要注意表現自己的一些能力,尤其要突出與所應聘的工作相關的一些能力以及適應能力。下面是簡歷中常常要突出的三種能力:

Job-related(相關的工作能力):
These are relevant to a specific job. For example, an accountant's job-related skills might include financial planning ***計劃編制***, budgeting ***預算*** and financial reporting ***財務報表***.

Transferable ***可調換的***:
Skills learned in one field or job that are applicable to different ones are transferable. These skills can reflect how you deal with things ***assembly, machine operation***, data ***research, synthesizing information*** and people ***instruction, management and negotiation***.

Adaptive ***有適應能力的***:
These skills are the hardest to substantiate ***證實*** as they include personality traits ***個性特點*** and characteristics that determine your work style. Adaptive skills include reliability, ability to get along with colleagues, honesty and productivity.
