既然今天競聘的是營銷經理一職，我想談談自己對營銷的理解。面對21世紀這個充滿挑戰、壓力和機遇並存的世紀。正所謂“適者生存”，自中國加入世界貿易組織以來，市場變化日新月異。“營銷”成就夢想，帶給人財富越來越被人們所認識到。營銷不等同於推銷，但推銷是營銷的重要組成部分。要想做好營銷工作，首先就要做好自我推銷。讓一個陌生人信任自己是有一定難度的，但只有客戶相信可以，才會相信自己的產品，才能更好的將產品推入市場。我想“做人，做事，做生意”大概就是這個意思吧!
我覺得作為一名銷售總監，除了應該具備一定的營銷知識外，還應具有良好的溝通、協調能力，能夠吃苦耐勞，具有良好的團隊合作精神，講究職業道德。身為班長的我，在三年的時間裡，組織了班級各種各樣的活動。通過組織這些活動，提高了自己的組織協調能力，加強了團隊合作意識。同時也讓我充分認識到，個人的能力畢竟很有限，只有通過團隊合作，集思廣益，取長補短，才能更好的完成工作。如果這次我有幸競聘上營銷經理，我想打造一個平臺，讓自己的同事在一種輕鬆卻不失嚴謹的氛圍中工作，大家相互合作，具有良好的團隊精神。
同時我認為營銷也是一種服務。既然是一種服務,就應該做到讓大家滿意，用熱情和真心去做。激情，工作中不可或缺的要素，是推動我們在工作中不斷創新，全身心投入工作的動力。激情加上挑戰自我的意識，我相信我能勝任這份工作。
