自學考試畢業論文格式
對於當前學畢業論文的格式,各學校的要求不盡一致。下面是小編為大家精心推薦的，僅供大家參考。
一、論文至少依次包括封面、目錄、英文摘要***Abstract***與關鍵詞***Key words***、中文摘要與關鍵詞、英文提綱***Outline***、中文提綱、英文引言***Introduction***、正文、結語***Conclusion***和文獻目錄***Works Cited***等十部分。
二、封面 具體樣式參見論文樣本頁A，封面格式可到外國語學院網站下載。
三、標題 居中。如果有副標題，用冒號把英文主、副標題隔開，例如：
Children’s Punctuation: An Analysis of Errors in Period Placement
中文副標題須在主標題後另起一行，前面加破折號, 例如：
兒童標點符號使用研究
——句號誤用分析
四、英文摘要與關鍵詞 英文摘要以Abstract為標題，標題左頂格，字型為Times New Roman 小四號，黑正體，與摘要內容部分以冒號隔開。摘要內容部分長度為150詞以內，字型為Times New Roman 小四號正體，從第二行開始到結束均為左頂格。關鍵詞部分另起一行，以Key words為標題，關鍵詞標題左頂格，字型為Times New Roman 小四號，黑正體，與所列關鍵詞以冒號隔開，關鍵詞以2至4個為宜，字型為Times New Roman 小四號正體，除少數專有名詞外一律小寫，關鍵詞之間以分號隔開。
五、中文摘要與關鍵詞 中文摘要以摘要為標題，標題左頂格，字型為宋體小四號，黑正體，與摘要內容部分以冒號隔開。摘要內容部分長度為200字以內，字型為宋體小四號正體，從第二行開始到結束均為左頂格。關鍵詞部分另起一行，以關鍵詞為標題，關鍵詞標題左頂格，字型為宋體小四號，黑正體，與所列關鍵詞以冒號隔開，關鍵詞字型為宋體小四號正體，關鍵詞之間以分號隔開。
六、英文提綱 英文提綱部分以所寫論文英文題目為標題，標題字型為Times New Roman三號黑正體，居中。提綱內容字型為Times New Roman小四號正體，主要綱目左對齊，以大寫羅馬數字標出序號***或以阿拉伯數字標出序號***，次要綱目則依次以大寫英文字母、阿拉伯數字和小寫英文字母標出序號***或均以阿拉伯數字標出序號，如以1.1, 1.2, 1.1.1, 1.1.2, ……的形式標出***，各數字或字母后均為一句點，空出一格後再打該項內容的第一個字母。處於同一等級的綱目，其上下行左邊必須對齊。同等重要的綱目必須是兩個以上，即有Ⅰ就應有Ⅱ，有A就應有B，依次類推。提綱綱目或全部以片語形式寫，或全部以句子形式寫，不可片語與句子混用。具體樣式參見《MLA科研論文寫作規範》38頁至40頁，注意觀察次要綱目如何依次向右適當縮排。
七、中文提綱 中文提綱部分以所寫論文中文題目為標題，標題字型為宋體三號黑正體，居中，提綱內容部分字型為宋體小四號正體。提綱綱目對齊、縮排和序號標註與英文提綱相一致。
八、小標題 正文部分章節標題或小標題單獨佔一行，一級小標題***以羅馬數字為序***字型為Times New Roman 小四號黑正體，其餘小標題為Times New Roman 小四號正體，所有小標題均左對齊。正文部分的所有章節標題及其序號必須與提綱中的章節標題及其序號相一致。
九、例句 例句在兩例以上時，擬按順序用***1******2******3***等對所有的例句統一編號。每例另起一行， 空5個英文字母，回行時與上文例句對齊。
十、註釋 分腳註、尾註和夾註三種。
1.腳註
對標題的註釋或對全篇文章的說明以腳註的形式處理，注號用﹡而不用阿拉伯數字，列在當頁正文下。字型採用預設值。
2.尾註
正文內容如有需作出特別說明或解釋之處以尾註的形式處理，即在正文需要註釋之處的右上方按順序加註數碼1、2、3、…，在正文之後，文獻目錄之前另起一頁用Times New Roman小四號黑正體居中標明“Notes”，不同註釋條目之間要空一行，註釋條目根據相關內容在正文中出現的順序用阿拉伯數字1.、2.、3.等編號。
3.夾註
對論文中的直接引用或間接引用部分所依據的文獻以夾註的形式標出。夾註可以採用以下幾種形式：
作者姓氏未在引文中出現
Medieva l Europe was a place both of “raids, pillages, slavery, and extortion” and of “traveling merchants, monetary exchange, towns if not cities, and active markets in gain” ***Townsend and Waugh 10-16***.

***作者有三個以上，則在第一位作者的姓氏後寫上et al.以示其餘姓氏的省略，或列上全部姓氏，夾註中的形式應與參考文獻中的形式保持一致***
作者姓氏在引文中出現
Graff defines his recent book, Professing Literature, as “a history of academic literary studies in the United States” ***10***.
如在引文中提及整個文獻及作者姓氏***不必夾註，但參考文獻中要註明相關出版資訊***
Slade’s revision of Form and Style incorporates changes made in the 1995 edition of the MLA Handbook.
集體作者如果組織名稱太長，第一次提及時可採用全稱後加注縮略，
The annual report revealed substantial progress in fundraising ***American Museum of Natural History 12, hereafter AMNH***.
以後直接用縮略形式做夾註

引用多卷本中的一卷

引用同一作者的兩篇以上的文獻, 可以分別以文獻名的縮略形式註釋

十一、參考文獻 參考文獻部分以Times New Roman小四號黑正體居中標明“Works Cited”列在正文後***或尾註後***，另頁書寫。不得羅列同正文沒有直接關係的文獻，參考文獻條目與引文夾註要對應。外文文獻排列在前，以姓氏的首字母為序排列，中文文獻排列在後，以姓氏的拼音為序排列。每條文獻頂格寫，回行時英文空5個字母，中文空兩格。參考文獻書寫形式：

十二、頁碼標註 從目錄到中文提綱以小寫羅馬數字***如ⅰ、ⅱ、ⅲ等***連續編號，頁碼在頁面底端居中。從引言開始至論文結束，以阿拉伯數字1、2、3等連續編號，頁碼在頁面底端居中。
十三、列印 終稿用計算機Word文件列印在A4紙上，上下頁邊距為2.5釐米，左邊距3釐米，右邊距2.5釐米，兩端對齊，行間距為1.25倍，單面列印。
注：論文封面之中文題目以及論文扉面之中文摘要中如有書名項請按中文習慣使用書名號***《》***，不要用下劃線表示書名。
