  Ingredients:

  100 g Almonds powder

  100克杏仁粉

  1 packet Vanilla Sugar

  8克香草糖

  200 ml Milk

  200ml牛奶

  200 ml Heavy cream

  200ml奶油

  90 g Sugar

  90克白砂糖

  15 g Gelatine

  15克吉利丁粉

  Method:

  1. Put almonds powder, sugars, milk and heavy cream in a mixing bowl, mix thoroughly together.

  將杏仁粉、香草糖、白砂糖、牛奶以及奶油放在盆中攪拌均勻。

  2. In a separate bowl, soak the gelatine in some cold water until dissolved. Leave away half water, and stir them in a saucepan over the low heat. Do not boil.

  另取一碗,將吉利丁粉放在冷水中融化。倒掉一半的水,用小火加熱,不要煮開。

  3. Then add it while still hot into the almond & milk mixtures and blend combined. Process custard in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instruction. Transfer to covered container and freeze until firm.

  趁熱將它倒入杏仁混合物中攪拌,之後放入冰激凌機中,就等著完成之後放入冰箱中冷凍啦。

  4. Serve with some chocolate or chocolate sauce.

  可以配上巧克力或巧克力醬一起食用。
