  在當今商品經濟時代,商品買賣活動非常普遍。在日常生活中,人們常會遇到對所購商品質量或售後服務不滿意的情況,這時可以寫投訴信***A Letter of Complaint ***求得解決。投訴信與普通書信的格式基本相同。但要注意的是,寫投訴信的目的是為了求得一個解決問題的辦法而不是為了洩憤,因此寫信時一定要注意態度誠懇、直截了當。

  一、一封投訴信應包括三個最基本的方面:

  一般放在信的開頭。常用的表達法有:

  I am writing to you about... which I received/bought ...

  I am going to complain about ...

  I am sorry to have to return with this letter... which I received/bought...

  一般講述對商品質量或售後服務不滿意的地方。常用的表達法有:

  When we checked..., we noticed...
