  進入高三以來,同學們普遍感到壓力倍增。下面,是小編為你整理的,希望對你有幫助!

  篇1

  Dear Wang Ping,

I’ve learned that you’re having much trouble in your life and study, which seriously affect your physical and mental well-being. I’m worried about that, so I’m writing to share with you some of my ideas.

First of all, it is good having heart-to-heart talks with your parents regularly, telling them you know the high expectations from them and you won’t fail them. Meanwhile, you’d better tell them not to push you too hard, which will lead to too much anxiety. Besides, it is advisable to spare some time to take some exercise to keep refreshed and energetic. However, what’s the most important is that you should always keep optimistic and confident. Please take my advice into consideration.

  Looking forward to your reply!

  Yours,

  Li Hua

Students in China don't have a comfortable school life. From the day they enter school, mountains of homework, exams and tests pour to them, they even have no time to breathe, have no time to do something they like. What's more, their parents have been worrying about their future since they begin to go to school. They say and say,"Study hard!"And they are always inclined to compare their children with others. Some parents are not satisfied with their present life and wish their children to creat a better life for them. All these would give their children a great pressure. 2The heavy stress on stduents'shoulder. The College Entrance Examination has become a battlefield already for thousands of stduents. From the moment we stepped into the Senior High school,we are told by our parents and teachers that to stand out at the final exam is our only target. Our parents tried to offer us the best education condition and resource, but at the same time they force us to be the best ones in school. They expect too much from us,which was in fact a heave burden in our shoulders. How I wish my parents could care about my real feelings and my life instead of my scores or ranks. Well,we really need a change.

We have recently held a class meeting to discuss the pressure upon everyone of us Senior Three students. At the meeting everyone expressed their own opinions on how to get relieved from pressure.

Pressure comes from all around: from the heavy load of learning, from the fierce competition, from teachers, and from parents. Pressure may affect our studies if there’s too much of it. However, if taken positively, a certain amount of pressure may help push us ahead.

Whenever I find there’s too much pressure, I choose to work out or listen to some light music, which seems to be quite effective. There are many approaches to getting oneself relieved when pressure accumulates. I strongly recommend that when you feel much too stressed, you stop whatever you are doing, get out into the open, take a deep breath, and start thinking of something positive.

I am very disappointed not to be able to go to see a film with my friends, to play my favorite musical instrument, or to watch TV with my family in the evening. I have to sit at desk and do my homework, which can not be finished until midnight, I'm tired of doing much homework, get bored at taking so many exams, and lose interest in studying.

Teachers, please get rid of homework and examinations. Examinations are nothing but anxiety-makers. Homework is nothing but interest-killers.

Teachers, we can learn more outside the classroom. Classroom gives us limited kinds of information. We can only learn some dead knowledge from the books.Teachers, please set us free, and let us learn more outside the classroom

from the environment, from TV, from private study or from our friends.

My dear teachers, can you hear me? Please lighten the burden on students.
