　　I am not a confident girl, when I meet difficult, the first reaction is to find my parents, they will do all the things for me. Now I have grown up, I know I must learn to be independent, so I need to face difficulty myself. I should be confident, I believe I can make it. I should trust myself, that is the first step, then all the things can be solved.

　　我是一個不自信的女生，當遇到困難的時候，第一反應就是找父母，他們會為我做所有的事情。如今我也長大了，我知道要學著去變得獨立，因此我需要獨自面對困難。我應該自信，相信自己能行。我要相信自己，這是踏出的第一步，其後所有的事情都可以解決。

　　：健康更重要Health Is More Important

　　When we watch the TV series, there is always the similar plot, in order to fulfill the dreams, the protagonist give up the best time for the treatment, though they are seriously ill. This sounds so inspiring, the spirit of pursuing the dreams moves so many audiences, but for me, besides moved, I feel more sorry about the protagonists, for their unwise choices. Life is important, only the living person can have the rights to talk about the dreams, if they lose their lives, everything is impossible. So health is more important than dreams, people need to keep themselves healthy first, and then they can better fulfill their dreams. The wise person will choose to get the treatment and give up the dreams for a while, when they recover, they continue their dreams. So health first, then other things rank second.

　　當我們看電視劇的時候，總可以發現相同的劇情，為了實現理想，主人公放棄了最佳的治療時間，雖然他們本身已經病得很嚴重。這聽起來很勵志，為了追求理想的精神感動了很多觀眾，但是對於我來說，除了感動，對主人公我感到遺憾，因為他們做了不明智的決定。生命是很重要的，只有活著的人才有權利去談論理想，如果他們失去了生命，一切就不可能了。因此健康比理想重要，人們需要首先保持他們健康，然後才能更好地實現理想。明智的人會選擇治療，暫時放棄理想，當恢復健康的時候，他們可以繼續他們的理想。所以，健康第一，其他的事情第二。

　　：學會放棄Learn to Give Up

　　There is a famous song called Never Say Never, it is one of my favorite songs. The lyrics tell people no matter what happens, never to give up, then you will be successful if you are stick on. Before, I believe in those words, I think if people insist, they can do everything. But last week, I saw a TV show, a scholarship told people to learn to give up sometimes, and they could gain more. He explained that he met a boy who was not good at studying, but he was skilled in cooking, so he encouraged the boy to give up studying the major that he was not good at and learned to be a cook. And now, the boy is a famous cook, it proves that give up is not a bad thing, people need to find the right place, or they will not successful.

　　有一首有名的歌叫《永不言棄》，那是我最喜歡的歌之一。歌詞告訴人們無論發生了什麼，永遠不要放棄，然後你才會成功，如果你不放棄的話。以前，我相信這些話，我覺得如果人們堅持，他們可以做任何事情。但是上週，我看了一個電視節目，一位學者告訴人們有時候要學著去放棄，他們可以得到更多。他解釋道他遇見過一個男子，擅長做飯，但是並不擅長學習，所以他鼓勵男孩子去放棄他並不擅長的專業，學著去成為一名廚師。現在，男孩是一名出名的廚師，這證明了放棄並不是一件壞事，人們需要找到正確的位置，不然他們不會成功。
