Now the Rio Olympic Games is holding, people from all over the world keep their eyes on this great event. We are enjoying the excellent matches while appreciating the wonderful body shapes. The athletes practise all the year round and their body shapes are so many people’s dreams. More people have realized the importance of taking exercise, so they will go to the gym after work. As they sit in the office most of the time, they want to keep fit and make themselves look wonderful. Look at the models and the superstars, they have the perfect body shapes and they tell people the secret is to do enough exercise. Though we are not celebrities, we still need to keep healthy and make ourselves look good. It is never too late to take exercise, let’s move.

Every year, my school will have the summer camp activity. I love to join this activity so much, because I can have a lot of fun with my friends. What’s more, I can take a break from the study time and enjoy my moment. Last year, we went to the country farm and experienced the life there. I was so impressed by the clear river and simple lifestyle. We woke up early and then walked on the country road, it was so quiet and the air was so fresh. In the city, I never woke up so early. I felt really peaceful in my heart. Though life here was simple, I liked it. I was so close to the nature and could appreciate its beauty. I am so looking forward to the summer camp activity this year, I want to experience the different things.
每年,我的學校都會有夏令營活動。我喜歡參加這個活動,因為我可以和我的朋友們玩得很開心。更重要的是,我可以從學習時間中得到休息，享受自己的時刻。去年,我們去了農場,體驗了那裡的生活。那裡清澈的河流和簡單的生活方式讓我印象深刻。我們很早就醒來,然後在鄉間小路散步,路上很安靜,空氣很新鮮。在這個城市,我從來沒有這麼早醒來過。我心裡感覺很平靜。儘管這裡的生活很簡單,但是我喜歡它。我是如此接近大自然,也能欣賞它的美。我很期待今年的夏令營活動,我想體驗不同的東西。

I have a new deskmate this new term. His name is Zhang Gao, male.He is 1.8 metres in height. He looks like a sportsman for sun-tanned skin.Strongly-buih body and well-developed figure make him quite healthy.There is a pair of big eyes below his thick eyebrows.
He speaks very fast and fluently, but what he says is very clear. When he speaks, he is always making some gestures. He dreams of being an actor and I have no doubt that his dream will come true. Whenever he sees you,he always gives you a friendly smile which makes you comfortable. He is a good student. I hope he will have a wonderful future.I like my new deskmate.
新學期我有一個新同桌。他的名字叫張高，男生，一米八的個頭。他看上去像一個運動員，由於面板很黑，身體結實和身材勻稱，他看起來很健康。厚厚的眉毛下有一雙大眼睛。

One day, it was time for lunch. Mr and Ms White were already at the table, but where was Tom their only son. Mr White decided to go and asked Tom to have lunch. When he went into Tom's bedroom, he found Tom reading a book while lying on the stomach on the floor. He told Tom to come to lunch immediately, so Tom did. Mr White wondered why Tom was so attractted by the book? So he decided to have a look at the book. Now, it was the turnof Ms White and Tom to wait. After sometime, Ms White asked son to see what his father was up to. Tom went tohis bedroom. To his great surprise, his father was lying on the stomach and reading the book. He is just being reading. Mr. White had forgotten all about for lunch , what is an interesting book.

In 1981,a doctor and his pet dog walked with a blind soldier.The doctor stayed in the hospital for a short time .When he came out ,he saw his pet dog had guided the soldier to the other side of the hospital and it worked out well .Germany helped start a program to teach dogs to be guide dogs .
Dorothy ,an American woman ,went to Germany to find out about the guide dogs .When she came back to the USA ,she wrote about it for a magazine.Soon more people knew about the guild dogs.The best dogs for the job are clever and fit . It tekes more than two years to train a little dog to be a guild dog.When the dog is 14 months old , it learns many instructions . Then the owner and the dog meet,and they practice for four weeks .Then the dog can work well for the owner.
