英文簡歷製作注意事項
一、語言簡練不囉嗦
對於求職者來說,目的明確、語言簡練是其簡歷行之有效的基礎。在英文簡歷中能用短句的就不用長句,用詞也要簡單,少用偏僻的詞語。在教育背景、工作經歷的寫作中,不要為了拼湊篇幅,將所有的資訊都寫上。這樣不會有效果,HR也沒心思看。
二、順序正確不顛倒
英文簡歷中求職者的基本資訊如姓名、性別、出生年月等,與中文簡歷大體一致。需要注意的是在教育背景的寫作上,英文簡歷要從求職者的最高學歷寫起。一般來說,如果求職者就研究生,那麼先寫研究生學歷,再到大學本科,至於高中與初中小學則可根據自己的實際情況選擇寫與不寫。
三、技能清楚不含糊
個人工作技能是吸引HR注意的內容之一。因此,要將自己具備的技能寫清楚。在時間順序上亦要遵循由後至前的寫作規則,即從當前的工作崗位寫起,直至求職者的第一個工作崗位為止。求職者要將所服務單位的名稱、自身的職位、技能寫清楚。對於應屆生來說,要將社會工作細節放在工作經歷中,這樣能填補工作經驗少的缺陷。
四、獎勵、成績列舉不謙虛
有工作成績就不怕“晒”出來,在這方面,HR是非常樂意你這麼做的。工作成績或多或少代表著你個人的工作能力。如果你有這樣的成績,一定要大方show出來。在表達中,要用上具體的數字、資料,因此只有實際的東西才具有說服力。
