　　Yesterday,I read an article named The Mark on the Wall, and I was so impressed about the stream of consciousness.

　　At first,I find some information about the author,Virginia Woolf.She was an English writer and one of the foremost modernists of the twentieth century.And in her story,’The Mark on the Wall’,a simple element like a mark on the wall is responsible to the narrator’s deeply reflection about life and stimulate the imagination of the reader.

　　As far as I am concerned,the stream of consciousness novel ‘The Mark on the Wall’ is significant in so many ways.In it readers could enjoy the journey of her floating minds.First,being a stream of consciousness novel,the author brings us to the people’s inner world.And we could understand the people’s thinking when we were reading this article.Second,the author shows her feminism thoughts in her novel.From the women’s aspects,the author tells a different view in a more detail way.
