  放風箏 Flying Kites

  Now I am in winter holiday, I am so happy, I can have fun with my friends. My friends and I make the deal that when the wind comes, we will go to the park and fly kites. Today the wind finally comes, after finishing breakfast, I go the park with my friends. We take out our kites, mine are butterfly, my friends are birds, all are so funny. I start to let my kite fly, but it could not, so I run faster and faster, then my kite flies, I go let go it gradually. A few minutes later, my friends’ kites are also flying. Seeing our kites flying, I feel so free. Today, I have a great time.

  I like to play basketball very much, so when I went to middle school, I joined the basketball team. Last week, our team had a match, we were against another school, all of us were so excited and wanted to win. When the match began, our team worked very slowly, we could not cooperate very well, because this was the first time for us to play. When half match time went, we lagged behind, our team leader called us together and told us we must get united, so that we could have the chance to win. Then we played hard and cooperated so well, we won the game at last, it was so amazing, union is strength.

  如何面對情緒 How to Face Emotions

  We are not god, so we will have the emotions all the time, when we meet difficulties, we will feel distressed, when we are treated unfairly, we will be angry. We must learn to deal emotions, so that we can move on. When the emotions come, we must tell ourselves to calm down, we can get angry for a while, but not all the time, only when we calm down can we think in a clear way. We can also find a way to relieve our emotions, like going to KTV or just talking to friends. We have to face emotion problems now and then, if we do the right thing, then all is well.
