　　People always attach the importance to the promise, they hate people who break their promise. I remember once a time, my friend asked me to go to see the movie with her, I said yes without hesitation. But on that day, I forgot about the date, I just woke up late and then played computer games in my bedroom. My friends called me, she asked why did I disappear, I said I was sleeping at home, she became very angry, until then did I think about our date. I felt so sorry, I break my promise for the first time, I realize I did the very bad thing. Even though I apologized for many times, my friend was still angry with me. 　　Last year, a tragedy happened in Fudan University, a postgraduate was poisoned by his classmate and died, now more than a year has passed, his classmate who killed him got caught and the law declared him to carry the dead penalty. The murder was so regretful that he made apologize to both parents and the society for the negative effect he had caused. Dead penalty is so brutal, but the murder deserves, we must learn the lesson. 　　Today, we live in the modern world, most things we do can use the machine. The technology brings so many convenience to us, it facilitates our life. As we are facing the new products all the time, the traditional things are fading away. Take the paper-cut for example. When I was very small, paper-cut was so popular in my grandma’s generation, most women could cut all kinds of interesting shapes. While today when I went back to my hometown, I found that most of them had stopped cutting papers, because they could buy them at the very low price. What’s more, the young people don’t learn such art, for the parents think it is not necessary for their children to learn the old-fashion thing. The tradition should not be abandoned, it is the reflection of our culture. Even facing the challenge, we need to inherit the tradition.

　　Last night, as I felt so bored, so I started to watch movie, my friend asked me to watch Mist, she told me it was very shocking, I was so looking forward to seeing it. Mist is a horror movie, it told about a great mist covered the country, people struggled to live in the world with big monster, at the end, as there was no way to survive, so the protagonist killed his son to make him relieve, just after a few second, the rescue came. The ending is so hopeless for the protagonist, if he holds on for a few second, everything will be changed. The story tells people never to give up hope, who knows what will happen the next second. If we give up hope, we can’t see the good things that will come around. Keeping the hope is very important, it will help us to overcome the difficulty.
