To be a Positive Person
The tea is gone cold I’m wondering why i got out of bad at all. The morning rain clouds up my window and i can’t see at all. And even if I could it’ll all be gray, but your picture on my wall, it remains me that is not so bad.
我的茶越來越涼,我始終不知道為什麼我的心情總是不好。清晨的雨遮住了我的窗,我什麼也看不見了,看見的都是灰色,但在牆上有你的照片,它提醒我,這還不算壞。
I’m sure that there are many people in this world are very easily affected by weather or surrounding environments.This kind of people is every emotional, they maybe meet occasionally ineffable sadness, even cannot tell a reason.

I think of a few solutions to this problem. First of all, when you find out that you are not in the mood to do anything but feeling sad, the first thing you have to do is keep yourself busy.Listening a cheerful song would be helpful, at the same time, find something else to do, like cleaning the house, go out for a jogging. Just put yourself in a cheerful and bright environment, nurture some flowers in your room, or keep a pet, the vibrant plants or animal is always a key to open a happy door.

Second, think in a positive way. Many people are tending to think the problem in a bad way, but in fact, things are not always as bad as they think. It is been proved that if people think in the bad side, they are unlikely find the way to solute the problem and feel worse. We should see the bright side while we are in the bad situation, which make us ensure everything is possible, and everything will get better. Then our mood will not be effected by the predicament。
第二,積極向上地想問題。許多人傾向於想問題往壞的方面想,但事實上,事情常常都沒他們想的糟糕。事實證明當人們老往壞的方面想時,他們更難找到解決問題的方法,而且會感覺更糟糕。我們應該在逆境中看到光明的一面,這讓我們相信一切皆有可能,任何事都會變好的。那麼我們的情緒就不會被困境影響了。
In a world, to be a positive person is not that difficult, since we can master our mind, we should choose a positive over passive. Then life will be better.

In this fast-paced modern society, life can be sometimes very stressful. One may get overwhelmed by what's going on. There may be a feeling of helplessness and the world's spinning out of control. It's easy to lose hope. However, hope is something can be created with an optimistic state of mind.

Optimism helps to increase hope for several reasons. To begin with, hope is something appears from our inside world. All of us have capacity to generate hope. This capacity is closely related to optimism. Optimism help us overcome fear, supporting us with great courage and confidence to overcome any difficulties. In return, it allows us to hold on to hope. Whatever we do or whatever is done to us, it is always constructive to adopt an optimistic attitude. As the saying goes, smile and the world smiles with you, weep and you weep alone. If you let yourself down, no one can pull you out and the situation could only go from bad to worse. But as long as you have an optimistic state of mind, you can have the situation under your control and therefore be more hopeful. Last but not least, God help those who help themselves. We should first be optimistic and hopeful can we help ourselves. And then you can get help from others. Once you get through the bad situation, hope will eventually be increased.

Optimism always leads to happiness, health and success while pessimism, by contrast, results in hopelessness, sickness and failure. When things go wrong,the pessimist tends to blame himself, while the optimist looks for loop holes. The optimist feels in control of his overall life. If things are going badly, he acts quickly, looking for solutions, forming a new plan of action, and seeking for advice. On the contrary, the pessimist yields to the arrangement of fate and moves slowly. He doesn't seek advice, since he assumes nothing can be done.
