篇1:公園門票
Dear editor,
I’m writing to tell you about the discussion we have had about whether an entrance fee should be charged for parks. Sixty percent of my schoolmates are for the idea that an entrance fee should not be forced on the public. they believe parks are the place where the public enjoy themselves at their leisure. they think that a gate and wails are to be built if an entrance fee is to be charged. the city will not look so beautiful as it should have. Forty percent of my schoolmates are for the idea that an entrance fee is OK, but it shouldn’t be out of control. Entrance fee can be used to pay the gardeners and buy new types of flowers and trees. For myself, I’d like to say that if we all work hard to build our city into a flower garden, who cares about the entrance fee for parks?
Yours truly,
Li Hua
Dear editor,
I’m writing to tell you about the discussion we have had about whether an entrance fee should be charged for parks. Those against charging entrance fee for parks take up 60%. they are of one mind that parks are a place for the public’s enjoyment. If tickets are demanded on the visitors of a park, a gate has to be set up and so have the walls on the four sides. If so, city will not look as beautiful as it would. Otherwise, those in favour of charging entrance fee for parks take up 40%. they all think that ticket price should be controlled properly, and that entrance fee can be used to pay the gardeners and buy new sorts of flowers and trees. the truth lies in the hands of the majority. Does my argument stand to reason, dear editor?
Yours truly,
Li Hua
Dear editor,
I’m writing to tell you about the discussion we have had about whether an entrance fee should be charged for parks. Of all us who have joined in the discussion, 60% share the point of view that an entrance fee should not be charged while 40% share the opposite view. Those who don’t aGREe with the idea think that a park is a place where the public can spend their spare time for pleasure. Those in support of the idea think that entrance fee for parks can’t be beyond control. Those against the idea think that a city’s appearance will be damaged because a gate and wails will be built if an entrance fee is to be collected. Those who aGREe with the idea think entrance fee can be used to pay the gardeners and buy new kinds of flowers and trees. I think it does more good than harm to charge an entrance fee for parks. Am I right, editor?
Yours truly,
Li Hua
篇2:What is a good parent-children relationship
A good parent-children relationship should be set up on the basis mutual understanding and respect. Parents can not impose their ideas on their children. They should treat their children as independent individual. It is advisable for the parents to learn to listen to children's ideas and encourage them to think on their own rather than decide everything for the children. On the other hand, children should listen to their parents' advice for they're more experienced. Try to be understanding when there is disagreement with parents. Always keep one thing in min---whatever they do comes from their love for us. It is necessary children to exchange ideas with parents from time to time so that the gap between parents and children will be narrowed
篇3:為什麼渴望上大學
Students long to attend colleges or universities for various reasons. In my opinion, the most common reasons are to prepare for a career, to have new experiences and learn to be independent.
Career preparation is becoming more and more important to young people. For many, this is the primary reason to go to college. They know that the job market is competitive and in order to be employed in the future they have to be well equipped with knowledge and skills.
Also, students go to colleges or universities to have experiences and learn to live on their own. Going to colleges often means having the opportunity to meet with different people from different parts of the country. They learn to communicate and co-operate with each other. For most students, we guess, it is the first time that they have been away from home. They are faced with many new situations and have to learn to solve them independently, making decisions on their own and dealing with various things themselves. So colleges and universities help them grow up.
Surely, colleges and universities become their first choice.
篇4:Private car
Nowadays, any Chinese can enjoy the luxury of owning a private car - if he or she can afford it. Having a car of your own means no more traveling to work on crowded buses or subway trains, and you can drop off the children at school on the way. Moreover, it also means that you can enjoy the weekends and holidays better, because with a car you can go to places where the regular buses and trains do not go, and so you can find a quiet scenic spot with no crowds.
However, there are drawbacks to owning a car. For one thing, with the increase in car ownership in recent years, the roads are becoming more and more crowded, often making the journey to work more of a nightmare than a dream. For another, it is not cheap to run a car, as the prices of gasoline and repairs are constantly rising, not to mention the prices you have to pay for a licence and insurance coverage.
Having considered both sides of the argument, I have come to the conclusion that the advantages of owning a car outweigh the disadvantages. Therefore, it seems to me that China should increase its output of automobiles and enlarge the private car market. The result would be that cars would become cheaper, while at the same time the extra demand would encourage the auto industry to produce more efficient and family-oriented vehicles。
篇5:少壯不努力老大徒傷悲
Almost everyone knows the famous Chinese saying: A young idler, an old beggar. Throughout history, we have seen many cases in which this saying has again and again proved to be true.
It goes without saying that the youth is the best time of life, during which one’s mental and physical states are at their peaks. It takes relatively less time and pains to learn or accept new things in a world full of changes and rapid developments. In addition, one is less likely to be under great pressure from career, family and health problems when young. Therefore, a fresh mind plus enormous energy will ensure success in different aspects of life.
Of course, we all know: no pains, no gains. If we don’t make every effort to make good use of the advantages youth brings us, it is impossible to achieve any goals. As students, we should now try our best to learn all the subjects well so that we can be well prepared for the challenges that we will face in the future.
