基本釋義

⒈  戰國時，魏國圍攻趙國都城，趙國向齊國求救，齊國乘魏國空虛，發兵攻魏，魏軍回救本國，齊軍乘其疲憊，在桂陵(今山東菏澤)大敗魏軍，趙國因而解圍。後來用“圍魏救趙”來指類似的作戰方法。
