美國畢業邀請函

　　留學美國學生畢業典禮上希望家人能參加，這就需要辦理面籤，而面籤時需要攜帶學校邀請函才能辦理。美國大學畢業典禮莊嚴隆重，給很多畢業生留下畢業美好的印象。越來越多的美國留學生家長也希望能像美國家長那樣，能夠參加孩子的畢業典禮。

　　美國駐華使館13日釋出“簽證貼心提示，提醒那些想在5月去美國參加子女畢業典禮的父母和家人，要儘量提前預約面談。

　　面談時，申請人除帶護照、申請表格確認頁、申請費收據及其他在中國有約束力的材料證明外，使館簽證官建議攜帶一份子女在美國就讀學校的.“畢業典禮邀請信。據悉，美國學校通常都會為學生出具一份邀請家人參加畢業典禮的信函。

　　預約面談前，家長要先繳簽證費。去年底開始，為提高簽證效率，美國駐華使館調整了簽證程式。新預約簽證程式要求申請人在預約簽證面談時向話務中心客服代表提供簽證費收據號碼。當打電話預約面談時，申請人會被問及相關識別資訊，如：姓名、護照號碼、簽證費收據號碼等。預約中心將按申請人所選擇的美國使領館為其安排面談的日期及時間。面談時，簽證官會將申請人的預約資訊和中信銀行簽證費收據上的姓名進行核對。只有資訊相符的申請人才能進行面談。

　　美國駐華大使館簽證處處長表示，簽證處一直注重以多種方式提供有關美國簽證的資訊。申請人可以隨時瀏覽使館網站，也可傳送傳真、電子郵件進行諮詢，並可以透過部落格、微博渠道與簽證官交流。
