　　今天，是我第一次去游泳。到了那媽媽早早的.就把學生證辦好了。辦好了學生證媽媽就給我買了泳褲、游泳眼鏡。

　　Today, it's my first time to go swimming. When she got there, she got her student ID card early. My mother bought me swimsuits and swimming glasses after I got my student ID card.

　　然後我進換衣服的房間，我脫下衣服帶上游泳眼鏡和小藍帽，穿上泳褲，今天老師先教我們憋氣、飄浮、蛙泳。

　　Then I went into the room where I changed clothes. I took off my clothes, put on my swimming glasses and small blue cap, and put on my swimming trunks. Today, the teacher taught us to hold our breath, float and breaststroke.

　　放學了，老師留了個作業就是在家裡接一盆水，在水裡面憋氣五秒，一共二十組。

　　After school, the teacher left a homework is at home to pick up a basin of water, in the water for five seconds, a total of 20 groups.

　　我最多可以憋二十秒。

　　I can hold it for up to 20 seconds.
