保護動物的高中英語作文

　　我們要保護小動物，特別是小雞這類弱小的動物，因為小雞早晨可以叫我們起床，可以生一個又一個圓圓的的雞蛋，還可以提供雞肉給我們吃。

　　有一次，我和媽媽上菜市場，聽見一位老奶奶在喊：“賣雞了，今天的雞又肥又嫩!”媽媽說：“今天，我們買一隻雞回家，燉湯喝。”我說：“好吧。”可又想了想：如果我們吃了雞，那麼就吃不到雞蛋了，就對媽媽說：“不行，吃了雞就沒有雞蛋吃了。”“傻孩子，你瞎操什麼心啊!”媽媽不由分說地把我拉到賣雞的那邊。賣雞的.老奶奶正在殺雞，只見她拔下雞脖子上的毛，拿刀用力地在雞脖子上劃了幾下。血噴向了四周，雞掙扎了幾下就死了。“太殘忍了，我不要吃雞!”我向媽媽大聲的抗議。“好吧，不買了，我們就去買點蔬菜吧。”也許媽媽也覺得殘忍，就同意了。

　　假如我們的生活中沒有了動物，世界就會變得很孤獨。我們要保護動物，從自身做起：少吃肉類食品，少穿皮衣毛衣;看見別人欺負動物，要勇敢地站出來勸說他們。
